Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads or printables
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items
• Clearance or final sale

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was sent. Please contact us first so we can help with the exchange process. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

How to Start A Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@wanderinghomeschool.org with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.
